Selokela Mashola attorneys is a firm of attorneys established in 2019 by Mr. Benny Selokela Mashola. The firm is based in the heart of Polokwane and it is close to the High Court and the Magistrate’s court.

Mr benny Mashola is an admitted legal practitioner who was admitted as an attorney on the 5th of February 2016 at the Pretoria High Court. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo which was conferred to him during the year 2014. He served his articles with Mahowa Incorporated attorneys in Tzaneen from the year 2014 to 2016 when he was admitted. He was thereafter appointed as a professional assistant for Mahowa Attorneys until he resigned in 2018.
He founded Mashola Tshikovhi and Associates attorneys during November 2018, which was a partnership between him and Mrs. Bubbly Tshikovhi, the partnership ended in 2019 when Mr Mashola resigned to form Selokela Mashola Attorneys.
Mr Mashola specialises in personal injury law, commercial litigation, debt collection, general civil litigation and legal costs.
Mr Makgoba is a legal assistant for the firm, he joined the firm in the beginning of 2020. He holds an LLB degree which he obtained from the University of Limpopo. He assists with all legal and office work in the office’s service to it’s clients.
Ms. Mashola started with the firm when it was formed. She manages the day to day running of the firm, she ensures that the firm is equipped to render services to its clients. She is responsible for the incoming and outgoing communications with clients and stakeholders involved in the legal services industry. She is currently pursuing an LLB degree with the University of South Africa.
Mr. Precious Makgato is a legal assistant for the firm, she joined the firm in the beginning of 2020. She holds an LLB degree which he obtained from the University of Limpopo. She assists with all legal and office work in the office’s service to it’s clients.
